1. 14-day money-back guarantee

CICO Media Pro comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the product is unusable and we cannot resolve the problem, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

2. What the guarantee covers

A technical problem that stops you from using CICO Media Pro as described on this website, on a site that meets the requirements (WordPress 6.4 or later and PHP 7.4 or later), and that we are not able to resolve.
The guarantee does not cover a problem that comes from an unsupported environment, from third-party code, or a change of mind about a feature that works as described.

3. How to ask for a refund

Write to info@cicomediawp.com within 14 days of the purchase.
Tell us your order or license details, your WordPress and PHP versions, your CICO Media and CICO Media Pro versions, and describe the problem.
We will first try to fix it, and we will answer as soon as we reasonably can. If we cannot fix it, we will approve the refund. You can also contact Freemius, which handles your order.

4. Who handles the refund

This order is handled by Freemius, our official reseller (Merchant of Record), which runs the checkout, handles VAT and issues invoices. Refunds that we approve are issued through Freemius.

5. Renewals and cancellations

The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a license. If a subscription renews and you did not want it to, write to us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will review your request. To stop future renewals, cancel your subscription from your Freemius account or the link in your receipt before the renewal date.

6. Your statutory rights

This guarantee does not limit any rights that the law gives you as a consumer.
