Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the local storage of your browser, can store information in the same way.

This website sets no cookies of its own and does not use advertising cookies. Only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner, it loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (see below).

If you click Accept or enable Analytics in the cookie preferences, the website loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. They help us understand how the website is used (for example pages viewed, approximate location, device type) and measure downloads of the free plugin, clicks on the purchase button and completed purchases. Until you accept, nothing from Google is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. We use Google Consent Mode: all storage for analytics and advertising stays denied until you choose.

Cookies set after your consent:

Data may be transferred to the United States under the safeguards described in Google's terms. Google acts as our processor for analytics.

When you click a purchase button, the checkout of our reseller Freemius opens in a window on top of this page. Its script is loaded from checkout.freemius.com only at that moment, not when the page opens. The checkout and its payment providers (for example card and PayPal providers) may set cookies or use similar technologies that are needed to process the payment and prevent fraud. These are set by them, not by us, and their own cookie and privacy policies apply.

Strictly necessary items do not need your consent. Analytics run only after you accept them. Your choice is saved in a technical cookie named cookie_consent for 180 days, and you can change or withdraw it at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. If you withdraw consent, the analytics cookies are deleted and the page reloads.

You can delete cookies and local storage, or block them, in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary items may stop some functions from working. The settings differ from browser to browser, so look at the help pages of yours.

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. For questions about cookies, write to info@cicomediawp.com.
